You may have noticed our absence from the office at the beginning of this month! This brief office closure was planned to ensure that you receive the best and most contemporary treatment possible! At Blue Bell and Lower Merion Orthodontics, we are committed to providing the highest quality patient care. Therefore, we all attended the American Association of Orthodontists' Annual Session in Orlando, Florida to see what we can do to better your office experience with us.
The American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) is the premier orthodontic society in the United States. It was founded in 1900 and is now the oldest and largest dental specialty organization in the country. It represents over 18,000 orthodontists worldwide, including Dr. Markowitz and Dr. Gray. The AAO’s mission is to ethically advance the art and science of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics worldwide.
The AAO’s Annual Session is offered to orthodontic specialists and orthodontic staff members who are motivated to improve their practices and explore some of the most current orthodontic techniques and systems. As an office team we studied topics that included innovations in the use of Invisalign, the correction of severe underbites and overbites, and planning complicated adult treatments. We also explored a lot of ways we can make the office more fun and enjoyable for you, our patients.
Lastly, we found the time to celebrate all of the accomplishments we have made as a team by spending some bonding time in Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure.
